                             AGM Trading Statement



Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany,
will hold its Annual General Meeting in London at 11am today.

At the AGM, Ian Kirkham, Chairman of Walker Greenbank, will give the following
update on Company trading: 'Trading in the first half of the year has been
materially ahead of our internal projections, with all key business units
performing strongly. We believe this performance represents a successful return
on our continuing investment in our brands and we enter the second half of the
financial year with a high degree of confidence.'
