                             AGM and Trading Update


Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany,
holds its AGM in London today.


At the AGM, Ian Kirkham, Chairman of Walker Greenbank, will give the following
update on Company trading: 'The Group continues to make good progress. Our
wallpaper and fabric brands continue to perform well and are increasing their
market share. Both our wallpaper and fabric printing factories are experiencing
healthy trading and have good order books.


'We remain on track as we drive the business towards increased profitability.'
