Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that on 27 August 2019 it purchased 219,488 zero dividend preference shares of no par value ("ZDP Shares") at a price of 123 pence per ZDP Share. All of these shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above transaction, the Company has 20,791,418 ZDP Shares in issue, of which 7,934,460 ZDP Shares are held by the Company as treasury shares.
