T2 Income Fund Limited Announces Investment

GUERNSEY - 4 September 2006 - T2 Income Fund Limited (traded on the AIM market
of the London Stock Exchange plc: T2I) announced today that it has made an
investment of €4,000,000 in secured second-lien term notes issued by a
facilities based alternative telecom carrier that offers DSL, voice, leased line
and IP-VPN services to residential and business customers.
