Publication of shareholder circular and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

GLI, a specialist provider of finance to small and medium sized enterprises, is pleased to confirm that a circular (the "Circular") in relation to the Placing, as announced by the Company on 24 February 2015, has been posted to Shareholders.

Copies of the Circular, together with the notice of EGM to be held at the Company's registered office at 11.00am on 16 March 2015, can be viewed on the Company's website at http://www.glifinance.com/investor-relations/shareholder-circulars/2015.aspx.
