GLI Finance Limited ("the Company"), a leading provider of finance to small and medium sized enterprises in the UK, US and Europe, announces that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2014 is now available to view on the Company's website at the following address http://www.glifinance.com/~/media/Files/G/Gli-Fund/documents/annual-report-2014.pdf.

The Annual Report and Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held on 30 April 2015, are expected to be posted to shareholders on or around 1 April 2015. The Notice of AGM will also be made available to view on the Company's website http://www.glifinance.com/ from 1 April 2015.
