                    Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

T2 Income Fund Limited (TIDM:T2I) announces that the Company has today posted
notice ('Notice') of an Extraordinary General Meeting to shareholders of the
Company to be held at Regency Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey
GY1 3NQ on 11 December 2006 at 2:00 p.m. to consider, and if thought fit, to pass
an ordinary resolution permitting the amendment of the Company's investment
limitations to allow the Company (and its subsidiaries) ('the Group') to borrow
in aggregate in excess of 100% of the Group's net asset value provided that (i)
the level of any borrowing in excess of 100% of the Group's net assset value
shall be reviewed quarterly by the Board and (ii) the level of any borrowing
shall not exceed at any time 500% of the Group's net asset value at the time the
borrowing is incurred.
