                 T2 Income Fund Limited ('the Company' or 'T2')

                   Announces Establishment of Credit Facility

T2 Income Fund Limited (TIDM:T2I) announces that on 25 October 2006 the Company
established a credit facility of up to $200 million ('Facility') with Merrill
Lynch Capital Corporation ('Merrill Lynch').

Through a newly formed wholly owned subsidiary of T2, Merrill Lynch has made the
Facility available for the purpose of making new investments. The Facility
expires after one year and bears interest at LIBOR plus 50 basis points.
