T2 Income Fund Limited Announces Two Investments and Results of Shareholder
Meeting


GUERNSEY - 12 December 2006 - T2 Income Fund Limited (traded on the AIM market
of the London Stock Exchange plc: T2I) announced today that it has made an
investment of approximately £1,500,000 in secured term loans issued by a
provider of directory assistance and enhanced information services to consumers
in the U.K., Ireland, France, Switzerland and the U.S.

T2 Income Fund also announced that it had made an investment of approximately
£4,000,000 in secured term loans issued by a company that administers health
plans and provides healthcare services.

Finally, the previously announced resolution to increase T2 Income Fund's total
potential gearing was approved by the shareholders at a meeting held 11 December
2006.
