T2 Income Fund Limited Completes £4 million Investment

GUERNSEY - May 9, 2006 - T2 Income Fund Limited (traded on the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange plc: T2I) announced today that it has made an
approximately £4,000,000 investment in secured term notes issued by a Canadian
based technology firm in the packaged software publishing industry.  This
investment is a continuation and expansion of a previously announced investment
in a portfolio company. The investment closed on May 8, 2006.
