                     Notification of Change of Shareholding


T2 Income Fund Limited (the 'Company') wishes to announce that it was informed
on 5 October 2006 that on 4 October 2006 Artemis Investment Management Limited
('Artemis') acquired 2,967,000 ordinary shares in the Company, and was informed
on 11 October 2006 that on 10 October 2006 Artemis acquired 330,000 ordinary
shares in the Company. Following these purchases, Artemis, and certain of its
subsidiary companies, have a notifiable interest in 7,330,322 ordinary shares,
representing 19.29% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also informed on 12 October 2006 that, following an acquisition
of 675,000 ordinary shares of the Company, New Star Asset Management Limited has
a notifiable interest in 7,500,000 ordinary shares, representing 19.74% of the
Company's issued share capital.
