                    Notification of Major Interest in Shares



T2 Income Fund Limited (TIDM: T2I) (the 'Company') wishes to announce that
following a purchase of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the share
capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') during the placing of 5,000,000 new
Ordinary Shares on 25 June 2007 (the 'Placing'), AXA S.A. is the holder of
5,775,000 Ordinary Shares representing 13.43 per cent. of the enlarged share
capital of 43,000,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company.

In addition, J O Hambro Investment Management Limited purchased, as a nominee
for underlying clients, 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Placing and now holds
7,804,700 Ordinary Shares representing 18.15 per cent. of the enlarged share
capital of the Company.
