GLI Finance announces GLI Asset Management Limited licence

GLI Finance Limited ("GLI") announces that its wholly owned asset management subsidiary, GLI Asset Management Limited ("GLIAM") has been licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission to manage collective investment schemes and general securities and derivatives. This licence permits promotion, subscription, registration, dealing, management, administration, advising and custody of the abovementioned instruments.

It is intended that GLIAM will manage GLI Alternative Finance PLC, a closed end fund, focusing on a loan portfolio diversified by geography, size of loan, type of lending and duration, which GLI is working on launching, as indicated in the AGM statement released on 30 April 2015.
