The Directors of T2 Income Fund Limited (TIDM: T2I) are pleased to announce that
on 24 September 2007 the Company will make a dividend payment to all
shareholders on the company register as at 24 August 2007 of 2.5p per ordinary
share (of no par value) in respect of the 3 month period to 30 June 2007.
