The Directors of T2 Income Fund Limited (the 'Fund') (TIDM: T2I) are pleased to
announce that on 23 October 2006 the Company will make a dividend payment to all
shareholders on the company register as at 6 October 2006 of 1.5p per ordinary
share (of no par value) in respect of the 3 month period to 30 September 2006.
