Share Dealings

On 13 May 2013 the Company was notified that Saul Rosenthal, an officer of T2 Advisers, LLC, the collateral manager for T2 CLO I Ltd., disposed of 200,000 ordinary shares for 52.5 pence per share.

On 14 May 2013 the Company was notified again that Mr Rosenthal had disposed of a further 85,000 shares for nil consideration as a donation to charitable causes, and 254,000 shares for 52.5 pence per share.

As a result of these transactions, Mr Rosenthal no longer holds any shares in the Company.

On 13 May 2013 the Company was notified that Mr Jonathan Cohen, an officer of T2 Advisers, LC, disposed of 300,000 ordinary shares for 52.5 pence.

As a result of these transactions, Mr Cohen's holding is now 554,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
