("Mart") dated 3 March 2016, that Mart's shareholders have voted in favour of the proposed Plan of Arrangement between Midwestern Oil & Gas Company Limited and San Leon Energy Plc, as announced on 22 January 2016 and the extensions announced on 18 February and 25 February 2016.
