San Leon Energy, the AIM listed company focused on oil and gas exploration in Europe and North Africa, was informed on 23 July 2015, that as of 16 July 2015, Quantum Partners LP had a beneficial interest in 2,161,307 ordinary shares of Eur 0.01 each in the Company, representing approximately 3.50 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
