Director's share dealing



Ian Coull, who as previously announced is leaving the Company at the end of
December 2002 to take up the position of Chief Executive of Slough Estates plc,
has today exercised an option under the Company's Performance Share Plan.



Mr Coull paid £1 for the option and sold the resulting 31, 738 shares at 325.0
pence each.
