Change in particulars of Chairman

Burberry Group plc has today announced that David Tyler will be standing down as a non-executive director of the company on 31 December 2015.

David Tyler is taking up a new appointment with effect from today as non-executive Chairman of Domestic and General Group Ltd, a privately-owned company.
