Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for a total of 14,786,544 Ordinary shares of 28 4/7p each
('shares') to be admitted to the Official List.


It is expected that permission will be granted on 16 July 2004 and admission to
trading will commence on 19 July 2004.


Application is being made to carry forward shares reserved under existing block
listings in connection with the Company's Capital Reorganisation, and will be
issued pursuant to the following schemes:

When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
