The Sage Group Plc ('Sage' or the 'Group')
Sage today announces that, with effect from 1st February 2001, Kevin Howe will
step down from his role as executive director in charge of the Group's US Time
Division. Kevin will remain on the board as a non-executive director.
Michael Jackson, Chairman, said 'I would like to thank Kevin for his valuable
contribution to Sage and look forward to continuing to work with him in his
new non-executive role.'
