DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST

The Company has been informed today that Janus Capital Corporation ('JCC')
has, following a purchase of shares, an interest in 40,310,416 Ordinary shares
of 1p each of the Company.

This represents 3.22% of the total shares in issue.

Note: JCC is acting solely in its capacity as investment adviser to JCC
Clients. JCC has no economic interest (e.g. the right to dividends or proceeds
from sale) in the Company's shares. JCC generally has the right to vote shares
of portfolio companies held on behalf of JCC Clients.
