Sage completes disposal of US Payroll Outsourcing Business

Further to the announcement dated 15 January 2019, The Sage Group Plc ("Sage") confirms that the disposal of Sage Payroll Solutions ("SPR"), the US-based payroll outsourcing business, completed on 21 February 2019.
