On 17 June 2015 the persons named below, who are both members of the executive committee of the Company, and, in the case of Mr Kelly, also a director of the Company, were granted options over  ordinary shares of 1^4/77 pence each  in The Sage Group plc under The Sage Group Savings-Related Share Option Plan. The option price payable on the exercise of the options is 456 pence per share.
