The Company has been informed that on 4 August 2009 Paul Stobart, a director of the Company, exercised an option over 5,081 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. The exercise price was 184p per share.

This option was granted as part of the Company's Savings Related Share Option Plan under which options are exercisable between 1 August 2009 and 1 February 2010.
