Director Declaration

Ruth Markland retires as chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 December 2014.   She is succeeded in that role by Drummond Hall.  Ruth will continue as a member of that Committee and as Senior Independent Non-executive Director.
