Nomination Committee Appointment

Pursuant to Listing Rule LR.9.6.11, Saga plc ("the Company") announces that Andrew Goodsell,   Non-Executive Chairman of Saga plc, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee with effect from 24^th September 2015.

The Nomination Committee is now constituted as follows: Philip Green (Chair), Orna NiChionna, Ray King, Gareth Williams (all independent Non-Executive Directors of Saga plc) and Andrew Goodsell.

There are no changes to the membership of other Board Committees.
