Sabien, the manufacturer of M1G and M2G boiler energy efficiency technologies, announces that all resolutions were passed at the General Meeting of the Company's shareholders held earlier today.

Sabien also announces that its registered office has been changed to:

S4B (UK) Ltd, Burlington House, 1-13 York Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1SQ.
