Proposed Dividend declaration

In accordance with the guidance given in the Results announcement issued on 1st October 2013 the Directors hereby propose a dividend of 0.25p per ordinary share.

The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 30 October 2013 with a record date of 1 November 2013.  The dividend will be paid on 29 November 2013.
