GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS

Sabien Technology Group Plc announces that it has today (1 April 2010) made a grant of share options over the Company's ordinary shares of 5p to the Directors of the Company. The options have been granted at an exercise price of 54.5p and are exercisable after 3 years from the date of grant (1 April 2013) for a period of 7 years.

As a result of this grant, the total number of options held by the Directors is as follows:
