S&U were advised today that Mrs CMG Coombs, mother of Anthony Coombs, Chairman of S&U has, on 8 April 2011, purchased 141,666 S&U Ordinary shares at a price of 685 pence per share from a Trust controlled by Derek M Coombs, uncle of Anthony Coombs. Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Mrs CMG Coombs is 1,987,795 ordinary shares representing 16.9% of the total voting rights of the Company and the beneficial shareholding of Derek M Coombs is 2,715,262 ordinary shares representing 23.1% of the total voting rights of the Company.
