Ryanair Holdings Plc ('the Company') announces that on 18 September, 2007 it
purchased for cancellation 3,500,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.00635
each in the capital of the Company.

The highest price paid for these Ordinary Shares was €4.90 per share and the
lowest price paid was €4.88.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 1,503,357,964
Ordinary Shares in issue.
