Ryanair Holdings PLC today (Wednesday, 12th June 2002) confirmed that members of
the Ryan family and Michael O'Leary have this morning each sold approximately 7
million shares (14 million shares in total) representing approximately 2% of the
issued share capital of the company, in the open market at a price of €6.70. 
The placement was handled by Davy Stockbrokers in Dublin.
