RYANAIR'S AUGUST TRAFFIC GROWS 6%

NEW MONTHLY RECORD OF 8.14M PAX

Ryanair today (5^th Sept) released passenger and load factor stats for August 2011 as follows:

	Aug 10	Aug 11	Increase	Yr to Aug 11
Passengers (m) 1	7.68M	8.14M	+6%	76.4M
Load Factor 2	89%	89%	0%	83%

This is the second month in succession that Ryanair has carried over 8m passengers. Ryanair is still the only airline in Europe to carry over 8m passengers in one month.
