Ryanair Holdings Plc ('the Company') announces that on 27 July 2007 it purchased
for cancellation 3,300,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.00635 each in the
capital of the Company.


The highest price paid for these Ordinary Shares was €4.76 and the lowest price
paid was €4.70.


Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 1,516,168,072
Ordinary Shares in issue.
