Exercise of Share Options

Ryanair Holdings plc has applied to the Irish Stock Exchange, the London Stock
Exchange and the U.K. Listing authority to list 205,128 Ordinary Shares of
IR2p each on the Official Lists in Dublin and London. Those shares have been 
allotted under the Ryanair Share Option Agreement and these shares rank pari
passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares at IR2p each.
