Ryanair Holdings plc announce that they have received a notification that on
November 13, 2000 Declan Ryan and Cathal Ryan, both directors of the company,
each sold 1,169,033 Ordinary Shares with a par value of 2.54 cents at a price
of Euro 9.80 per share.
