On the 8th March 2000, Ryanair Holdings plc received a notification that James
Osborne, a director of the company had sold on the 15th of February ( prior to
the share split), 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 4p each in Ryanair Holdings plc at
a price of Euro 12.70 per Ordinary Share.
