Ryanair Holdings plc announced today (04.07.01) that Declan Ryan and Cathal
Ryan both directors of the company had each sold 1,800,000 (a total of
3,600,000) Ordinary Shares with a par value Euro2.54 cents at a price of Euro
11.75 each on the 3rd of July 2001.
