Ryanair Holdings Plc has applied to the Irish Stock Exchange, the London Stock
Exchange and the UK Listing Authority to list 205,128 Ordinary Shares of IR2p
each on the Official Lists in Ireland and London. These shares have been
allotted under the Ryanair Share Option Agreement and rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing ordinary Shares of IR2p each.
