Ryanair Holdings Plc announces that it has made application to the Irish Stock
Exchange, the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for a block
listing facility for 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares of IR2p each relating to the
Ryanair Share Option Agreement.

Copies of this announcement are available from the registered office of the
Company for fourteen days following the date of publication.
