RYANAIR HOLDINGS PLC ('Ryanair' or 'the Company)

In accordance with UK Listing Authority Regulations, the Company confirms that
further to the announcement released on the 25 September 2001, 501,842 Ordinary 
Shares of nominal value IR2p each, which are the subject of a block listing 
facility maintained by the Company have also been re-denominated and re-
nominalised to Ordinary Shares of nominal value EUR 0.0254 each.

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for these shares to be 
admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's market for listed securities.
