Further to the announcement made earlier today, RWS announces that it was
informed on 28 June 2006 that Peter Mountford, a non-executive director, has
sold 160,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 280p per share. Following
this sale Mr Mountford has an interest in 3,325 ordinary shares of 5p each which
represents approximately 0.008 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of
RWS.
