The Company was notified by letter dated 3 August 2005 that Gartmore Investment
Management plc now has a reportable interest in the Company due to taking up
1,875,000 ordinary shares of the Company in a placing on 1 August 2005. Funds
managed by Gartmore Investment Management plc now hold 2,475,000 ordinary shares
in the Company representing 11.59 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
