 Extension of Short Term Loan Facility

Further to the RNS dated 13 April 2016, the Directors of Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), the owner, operator and developer of power generation capacity internationally, are pleased to announce that the Company has been granted a twelve month extension to the term of the Bridge Properties (Arena Central) Limited ("BPAC") loan facility of £1,200,000 to 30 June 2017. To date £1,150,000 has been drawn.
