Notice is hereby given that the nineteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HL, Channel Islands on 30 November 2023 at 12 noon.
The Notice of AGM, together with the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2023, will shortly be posted to shareholders and will also shortly be available on the Company's website.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Annual Financial Report have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at:
