                             Update of Postal Poll


AorTech International plc (AIM:AOR)  provides a further update from the Postal
Poll called on the Resolutions from the AGM held on 17 November.



Resolution 5, the re-election of Jon Pither as Chairman was successfully carried
with 100 per cent of votes for the resolution. Votes as follows: 2,133,998
(99.89%) for the resolution and 2,317 (0.11%) against the resolution.



Resolution 7, that the name of the company be changed to AorTech Biomaterials
plc was defeated with 89 per cent of the vote against the resolution. Votes as
follows: 242,264 (11.34%) for the resolution and 1,894,051 (88.66%) against the
resolution.
