Aortech has today received notification from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc dated
1 November 2004, that pursuant to sections 198 to 203 of the Companies Act 1985,
they are interested, by attribution only, in a total of 120,000 ordinary shares
in the Company, representing 3.1% of the issued share capital.
