                            Re: Share Price Movement

The Directors of AorTech note the recent movement in the share price of the
Company and know of no reason for today's increase. AorTech confirms that its
strategy to develop commercial products from its Elast-Eon biomaterial is
progressing in line with the expectations of the management.

In December 2005 the Company reported its Interim Results, in which it gave a
full update to the progress of its research and technical discussions with
potential customers. Further updates will be released as soon as is appropriate.
